MISSION, VISION & VALUES What we believe: Earth is in a massive correction and recovery from human beings, and we must do all that we can from where we are to forestall collapse. This means we need to shift the value systems and regain balance in our lives, relationships, and surroundings. We need to move away from individualism, exceptionalism and economies of greed and accumulation. We need to achieve restorative justice for Indigenous Peoples and all living beings. We need to protect the sacred and revitalize depleted and ill-used places. We need to restore natural life to places of power and peace. We need to do as much as we can when we can because we can. Mission: To preserve the cultures, nourish the land and advance the liberation of Cannonball and its Peoples. Vision: Our vision consists of two interrelated parts that guide our work. • Our People: We envision a fully equitable world where every Indigenous person is fully liberated, self-actualized and able to pursue who they are through their own cultural intelligence. • Our Planet: We envision a fully healed planet where the earth — along with all of its land, air, water, species and natural resources — is restored to a s.
