One Home Climate Solutions is an education charity. Our mission is to help UK households adapt to a low cost, low carbon lifestyle and extreme weather events. We inspire individuals to make impactful lifestyle choices to reduce their carbon footprint and increase their resilience to floods, storms, droughts and heatwaves. 77% of Britons worry about climate change but lack trusted information about what steps to take. One Home fills that gap by providing engaging and impartial information and advice that empowers and motivates citizens to go green. One Home also advocates for vulnerable people impacted by climate change and rising fuel and food costs. We help citizens adapt to the impacts of global warming and the uncertainty ahead. We aim to: Improve public debate and citizens' knowledge on the benefits of net zero with regular media appearances; Create accessible ‘how to’ guides explaining clean technology and debunking disinformation; Regularly speak, host and judge at industry events; Advise businesses and trade associations on increasing their renewable energy ambition; Train and support journalists on environmental reporting; Provide workshops for TV and film creators includin.
