Solafrica operates through a decentralized, partnership-based model that places local actors at the center of each initiative. We do not implement projects directly. Instead, we co-design and coordinate programs with local partner organizations, who lead implementation based on their contextual expertise. Our team in Switzerland provides technical support, capacity building, quality assurance, and fundraising assistance. Our work follows the principle of Leave no one behind, focusing on marginal.
