Establishment, management and administration of nature protection centers, hospitals, field bases and others for rendering assistance and restoration of turtles and other rare and endangered species of animals, as well as for carrying out scientific and information-educational activity. 3. Raising public awareness on the protection of turtles and environmental problems.
