The Association is a public, non-profit organisation established for the following: To promote efficient, effective and accountable management of Table Mountain National Park (“the Park”) through initiatives that include: Engagement with the Park authority and other stakeholders at national, provincial and municipal levels; Aggregating and representing the interests of the user community of the Park in such engagements; Advocacy of an appropriate balance among conservation, recreation, and commercial use of the Park.
