The Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics provides the research, education, and initiatives that help every person who ventures outside protect and enjoy the outdoors responsibly. Founded in 1994 and best known for the Seven Principles, the Center partners with land agencies including the National Park Service, U.S. Forest Service, and BLM to reduce recreation impacts nationwide.
