We use the power of high-quality clothing and one-to-one coaching to help them see their true potential and succeed at interview. We treat every client as an individual and give them the safe space they need, listening without judgement. We are powered by volunteers, united by a mission to help all women realise their potential. We believe in fashion as a force for good. We know that when a women looks and feels great about who she is, she can change her life. We are guided by data to deliver simple, profound and tangible results, constantly innovating to tackle the challenge of women's unemployment.
